Disclosures
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This page explains how Justin Roberts is licensed and compensated, what the professional designations shown on this site mean, and the legal limitations on the advice offered through this website. If anything here is unclear, ask before moving forward. That's what the discovery call is for.
Licensing
Justin Roberts is licensed as an insurance producer. Insurance and planning services are offered through Maximum Asset Preservation Specialists, a licensed insurance agency. These are insurance products, not securities or investment advisory products. Justin Roberts does not offer investment advisory services, is not registered as an investment adviser or Investment Advisor Representative, and does not manage securities accounts on any client's behalf.
When a strategy is implemented through an insurance product, the issuing insurance company pays a commission out of its own revenue. This is never deducted from your account, and is disclosed to you before you decide to move forward.
Jurisdictional Limitation
An insurance producer may only transact insurance business in a state where the license is active, or where they are otherwise excluded or exempted from that state's licensing requirements.
Professional Designations
None of the designations below are issued, endorsed, or regulated by any federal or state government agency, the Social Security Administration, or the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, unless stated otherwise.
Certified Financial Fiduciary® (CFF)
Issued by the National Association of Certified Financial Fiduciaries. A private designation. The Association sets and verifies its own requirements; it is not a state or federal licence or registration, and it does not authorise anything a licence does not already allow.
Certifications and Affiliations Shown on This Site
Logos or badges shown elsewhere on this site represent genuine professional certifications and business affiliations, not paid third-party awards, rankings, or endorsements. No compensation was paid to any organization to obtain or display these marks.
Compensation and Conflicts of Interest
Compensation is by commission: for insurance products, the issuing insurance company pays a commission out of its own revenue when a policy is issued. That commission is never deducted from your account, and is disclosed to you before you decide to move forward with any recommendation. Because insurance commissions vary by product and carrier, this creates a general conflict of interest common to the insurance industry. We disclose it here rather than claiming it doesn't exist.
General Disclosures
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any hypothetical, back-tested, or illustrated figures shown on this site are for educational purposes only and are not a promise of any specific outcome.
- This website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute personalized investment, tax, or legal advice, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Individual results vary based on each client's specific facts and circumstances.
- Insurance product guarantees (including any "principal protection" or "guaranteed income" features) are backed solely by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company, not by Maximum Asset Preservation Specialists, Justin Roberts, or any government agency.
