These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.maximumaps.com (the "Site"), operated by Maximum Asset Preservation Specialists ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Educational and Informational Content Only

Nothing on this Site constitutes personalized investment, tax, or legal advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Content describing services, strategies, or insurance products is general and educational in nature and does not account for your individual circumstances. Any guarantees referenced on this Site (for example, in connection with insurance or annuity products) are backed solely by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company, not by Maximum Asset Preservation Specialists. See our Disclosures page for the full detail on licensing, compensation, and the limitations that apply to everything described on this Site.

These Terms do not transfer any of our or any third party's intellectual property to you. All right, title, and interest in the Site's content, design, and branding remain solely with Maximum Asset Preservation Specialists and its licensors.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site links to or embeds third-party tools we use to serve clients and to keep the Site working, for example scheduling software, analytics and bot protection on our forms. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy; we are not responsible for third-party websites or services, or for any damage or loss connected to your use of them.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. If you wish to stop using the Site, you may simply discontinue accessing it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability, will continue to apply after your access ends.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Site is at your own discretion and risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
